Try the following:
- You can toggle the audio and video to play/stop using the icons above the video section. (Yellow indicates the setting is active).
- Click on the 'Adobe Flash' Banner located in the center of the video screen to approve or update your Flash plugin.
- If you are still having issues, try opening in another browser. (Chrome is preferred.)
